Branding and campaign work to support a new initiative from the Fiat- the addition of dealership express lanes. Customers can just turn up and have their car serviced or parts and accessories fitted on the spot.
Our approach was customer centric and direct, using ‘smart humour’ to connect and explain the benefits. we created an overall proposition for the new ‘express lanes’, we fit around you.
The bold and striking graphic approach was designed to be noticed. The real ‘design thinking’ was creating a brand that was scalable and flexible enough to achieve consistent roll-out across multiple dealerships, all with bespoke requirements.
